Canvas: Image is printed on museum grade cotton canvas and is laminated with a protective gloss coat for added protection. Arrives ready to hang with wall bumpers and a pre-installed sawtooth hangers or wire hanger.
Metal: Image is printed on light weight aluminum and is finished with a protective gloss coat that makes the image shine. Arrives ready to hang with mounting hardware already attached.
Acrylic: Image is mounted behind 1/4" polished acrylic and finished with white paper backing. Image hangs with four small 5/8" stainless steel posts. Screws go through the posts hand into the wall for hanging (included).

Canvas Prints can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Metal Prints can be cleaned with a dust cloth or glass cleaner. Avoid scratching the surface by using a clean, soft rag. Keep metal prints indoors and out of direct sunlight. Handle with care to avoid scratching.
Acrylic Prints should only need occasional gentle dusting with a non-abrasive cloth. To remove any dirt or streaks, use a small amount of mild soap with water and rub gently with a clean, soft cloth. Follow up with a clean, damp cloth and dry by blotting with a soft cloth. Never use any products that contain ammonia or alcohol as they will damage the acrylic. Do not use paper towels or other rough materials on acrylic. Never get the back of your Acrylic Print wet.
Damages: Report any manufacturer defects within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received. Damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received). In the event the order was erroneously processed such as an error made on the size of the book or color/style etc., compared to the original recorded order.
Policy: Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. All prints and products are subject to your state's sales tax and shipping when applicable. Best Route Productions does, of course guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and works with the customers to approve designs and custom work before orders are placed. Payment of orders are due in full when the order is placed. All rates are subject to change at any time. In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non-negotiable, unless booked through a special promotion.
